Retention
Enquiry messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted or archived where Belgian accounting rules require. Booking records are retained for the duration of the relationship and applicable legal retention periods.

We do not sell personal data. We may use service providers (for example email or hosting) who process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. Transfers outside the EEA occur only with suitable safeguards where required.
