Bookings and payments
Workshop and course places are confirmed once we reply in writing and any deposit or fee we request is received. Prices are in euros and include Belgian VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
If you cancel more than seven days before a booked workshop, we will refund fees paid except any non-refundable deposit stated at booking. Later cancellations are non-refundable unless we can fill your place. If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another date.
Studio rules
Participants must follow safety guidance around wheels, tools, and kilns. Open-toed shoes are not allowed in the wheel room. We may refuse entry or end a session if behaviour puts people or equipment at risk; fees are not refunded in that case.
Shop purchases
Handmade ware may show small variations. For distance sales where Belgian consumer law applies, you have a 14-day withdrawal right for unused goods; custom or clearly personalised pieces may be excluded as allowed by law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Belgian law, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
